Work out why your pet is doing this behaviour, address their needs, then you will find it easier to implement solutions.
Management
Prevent your pet performing the behaviour by careful management will help stop unwanted behaviours in the short term.
Solutions
Putting solutions in place takes patience and also requires understanding your pet’s needs. This is the long-term solution to your pet behaviour problems.

Problem: Dog jumping on people
Find a cause
Your dog may jump on people as this is their best way to get attention.
Management
Placing your dog on a lead indoors may stop them jumping up on your guests.
Solutions
Teaching your dog that four paws on the floor gets attention may stop the unwanted behaviour.
Problem: Cat scratching on furniture
